Nothing to complain about, great quality, a very small defect like a slight impact on the bottom. But nothing to complain about, it will do the job. It's much bigger than the first model we bought which was too small. Our cat will adapt to it quickly.

Perfect for what I wanted, being made of stainless steel it is more hygienic than plastic and cleans much better, and it also doesn't retain odors like plastic does because it's stainless steel.

I bought it for my kitten. It arrived in good condition without any dents or broken lids or scoops. The height is low so the kitten can easily get in and out.

It arrived safely! I was looking for a compact cat litter box, so this was helpful. The plastic around it is fine, but the plastic on the platform is soft and seems like it might break. Other than that, it's a good product. I'm surprised it's stainless steel and yet so affordable.

I like it because it's stainless steel. Even if the cat gets close to the wall, it doesn't wear out like plastic, which is great. The option I chose is Khaki No. 4, and the height is just right, but the top plastic part is narrow, so the actual plastic opening is about 27cm wide and 40cm high, which is a bit small for a 6.5kg cat to use. I'm planning to buy the largest size again.

The box got squished in transit, but the item was fine! turned out to be too small for my cats with the plastic top part on. took it off and put the aluminum base into the litter box i already had to prevent my cats from throwing the litter all over the floor when burying their poop. now i still have the stinky plastic litter box base, but it at least won’t get even more stinky than before and is now covered up by the new one. aluminum is definitely easier to clean! p.s. the plastic top piece was hard to secure in place, it would always slide off. though, it’s still doable if you try hard enough.

It comes with a tool to remove poop. I didn't know that and bought another one. Now I have two scoops to remove poop with two hands twice as fast.

Excellent product. delivery took nearly 6 weeks but was worth the wait. great size! seems like it will be a lot easier to clean than the plastic one i currently have, and being metal it won't hold smells

Just like the picture, i got a perfect size! If you have a fat cat would recommend getting a size up from mine. Stainless steel makes it so much easier to scoop and i’ve noticed the litter box is less stinkier now

The size is perfect! I wanted to buy yellow but it wasn't available so I got gray, but gray is also fine. The cat uses it right away haha.
